Mango malai ladoo
1 cup fresh Chena or paneer
1 cup mango puree
4 tbsp condensed milk or more
6-8 blanced peeled pistachios
6-8 blanced peeled almonds
1 pinch kesar
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp ghee
2 tbsp milk powder
First we will make paneer smooth and silky by hands. add paneer add milk powder add 1 tsp sugar and rub it gently till smooth..
Heat a pan add paneer mixture keep stirring till all moisture evaporate..And mixture started leaves sides..Add condensed milk..Mango puree
Mix well add all Blanch chopped pistachios and almonds..Add kesar milk mix well...Keep stirring mixture till it leaves sides and seems like dough..
Switch off the flame let it cool bit..Grease your palm with ghee..Make balls out of daughter.. Make medium size ladoo out of it..
Garnish it with sliced pistachios and almonds..Your mango malai ladoo is ready to serve..
Condensed milk can add more as per sweetness you desire..Keep some chopped pistachios and almonds for garnish..
