1 cup hung curd or curd hang in muslin cloth for Drain extra water
5-6 cardamom seeds crushed
1/2 cup powder sugar
1 cup thick mango puree
5-6 almonds soaked blanch and sliced
8-10 pistachios blanch and sliced
1 generously pinch of kesar
1 tbsp milk for soaking kesar
1 mango chopped in cubes for garnish
Kesar for garnish
Pistachios sliced for garnish
In a bowl add hung curd..For hung curd keep curd in muslin cloth for drain extra water fir at least 2-3. Hours or overnight in fridge
In a bowl add hung curd add mango puree powdered sugar cardamom powder sliced almonds and pistachios..Add milk of kesar mix well..
Keep it in fridge for 1 hour to chilled.. Garnish it with cubed mango pistachios sliced kesar ..
Sugar can adjust as per taste Mango puree should be thick
