do as you normally make bread dough with all the resting time. now for the proofing divide the dough into half add cocoa pwd to one now make two euqal size disc of them now put one on top of the other flat side down roll the two and proof when proofed is ok to ur eyes then bake release after 5min of cooling to avoid sweating.
