Mathapoo Thoran(pumpkin Flower Stir Fry))

It is an ethnic dish of kerala.In our backyard there is a lot of pumpkin flowers.It is a naadan curry with extra nutrients.In my childhood my grandma usually cooked this for me.And i am a great fan of this.I was very curious to make it because its from my yard and free of pesticides

Ingredients: 
Pumpkin flowers 15 nos
Tender leaves of pumpkin 10 nos
Grated coconut 1 cup
Green chilly 2 nos
Curry leaves 2 sprig
Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
Oil 2 teaspoon
Salt as you need
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
small onion 3 nos
Directions: 
Grind gently grated coconut with green chilly,curry leaves,turmeric powder and small onion
Place a pan on the stove
Allow it to heat
Pour oil in it
When oil is heated put mustard seeds
Allow it to splutter
Then add chopped pumpkin flower and chopped tender leaves
Stir it for 2 minutes
Add salt
Add grounded coconut
Stir it well
Cook it for 5 minutes in low flame
Serve it hot

drumstick flower also can be added in this curry
