Meethe Aloo Ki Tikki (sweet Potato Croquettes)

Ingredients: 
2 Sweet potatoes boiled and peeled
1 Onion finely chopped
2 Green chilies finely chopped
1/2 Tsp Garlic paste
1 Tsp Turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp Anardana powder (Dried Pomegranate powder)
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala (optional)
1 Tsp salt (or to taste)
1 Tbsp Besan powder
Directions: 
Take the sweet potatoes in a large bowl and roughly mash them. Add onions, chilies, garlic paste, turmeric, Anardana powder, Besan, salt and mix well.
While mixing make sure you keep mashing the sweet potatoes further. Taste the mixture for salt and adjust as per your liking. make small round tikkis of the mixture and keep aside
In a frying pan take oil to shallow fry. Once hot, fry the tikkis in oil and cook till golden brown on both sides.
Remove from heat and serve hot with green chutney
Footnotes: 
You may add chaat masala for a more chatpata taste(tangy taste)
For Jain recipe you may skip onion and garlic.
