Methi na gota / Methi pakora (Fenugreek Leaves Fritters)

Ingredients: 
For the (batter):
Besan (Bengal gram flour) - 2 cups
Fenugreek leaves (Methi leaves) - 1 Cup (chopped)
Onion – 1 piece (thinly sliced)
Red chilli powder - ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
Carom seeds (Ajwain) – ½ tablespoon
Roasted Jeera (Cumin powder) – ½ tablespoon
Chopped Green chilies as per taste
Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Water for making batter
Oil for frying
Directions: 
In a bowl, combine the chopped methi leaves, green chilies, sliced onions, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ajwain, jeera, ginger-garlic paste, crushed coriander seeds and besan.
Add water little at a time while mixing the ingredients with your fingers.
Keep adding water till all the ingredients come together and start sticking.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
When oil is hot, pour small quantity of mixture in oil to make pakori.
Fry the pakore on a medium flame till they turns golden brown.
Remove from the flame and serve hot with chutney.
