Milk – 1 Ltr
Fresh Crumbed Paneer (Chena - Homemade) – 2/3 Cup
Sugar – 1/2 Cup (You can add/less as per your taste)
Green Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp
Pistachios – 1 tbsp (sliced)
Take a heavy bottom pan and add milk. Keep stirring on low heat. Stir it till the quantity reduced to its half.
Now add crumbled paneer into it. Stir it well till it start thickening like mawa (khoya).
Add sugar, green cardamom powder and stir well. Continue to cook till the mixture begins to leave the sides of the pan.
Transfer it into the greased plate. Garnish with sliced pistachios.
Set aside for 3-4 hours and cut it into the desired shapes.
