Milky Mango Kulfi
Milky mango kulfi with slices of mango ... Mouth watering kulfi for this summer... Easy to make & yummy to eat..!
2 middle size Mangoes
200 ml Milk
Vanilla essence few drops
Dabur Roohafza - 2-3 tablespoons
Sugar as per taste
2 scoop Mango Icecream.
Peel the mango and cut into small pieces.
In a blender add 2/3 of the cut mangoes, milk, sugar, vanilla essence and mango icecream Blend and keep aside.
In the Kulfi mould, pour a spoonful of roohafza and spread it.
Now add the 1/3 slices of mango
Now pour the shake from the blender equally into each mould. Close the lid and refrigerate for 5-6 hrs.
Once the kulfi is set, put the Kulfi mould in cold water for 10 mintues. Now pull out the Kulfi from the mould and serve cold licking yummy Kulfi.
You may use dry fruits & nuts as per your taste.
