Ingredients: 
1) MAIZE  FLOUR - 1.5 CUP 2) WHEAT FLOUR - 3/4 CUP 3) AJWAIN - 1/2 TSP 4) OREGANO -1 TSP 5) OIL - 2 TBSP 6) SALT - TO TASTE
Directions: 
METHOD Take a bowl and add maize flour, wheat flour, salt , oregano, ajwain and oil. Mix them well . Keep adding little water and kneed properly to form smooth dough like paratha. Take tomoto size lump in hand and roll it to make peda shape. Dust in wheat flour and roll over rolling board to make thin big roti. With use of pizza cutter cut it into 8 equal triangles by cutting through centers digagonally. Make mark over them with fork so that they become crispy when fried. Put a pan over gas with high flame and add oil . When oil is hot add nachos chips. Bring down gas to medium flame. Fry chips till they become crispy and golden brown in colour. Take them out in a plate and fry rest of nachos chips in same way. Serve with Mayonese, cheese spread, cheesy dip or salsa. You can also srpinkle chat masala over it which makes taste very tangy . Enjoy delicious taste...!!
