Pakodi ki sabji| How To Make Pakodi ki sabji
Pakoras are created by taking one or two ingredients such as onion, eggplant, potato, spinach, cauliflower, tomato, chili peppers, or occasionally bread and dipping them in a batter of gram flour and then deep-frying them.
1 cup bengal gram(besan)
1 cup sour curd
2 little green onions
1 cup onions
2 green chillies
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp red chillipowder
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 cup coriander leavez
1 tsp jeera
Pinch of hing
Salt as per the taste
Mix the besan with salt and little red chillies and take pakode in pan
Once the pakode is ready. In a bowl take sour curd,add salt,turmeric,red chillies powder and mix well.
Take a kadai add oil and once the oil is hot add onions,ginger,heeng,jeera and stir until the onions turn little brown
Now add the curd batter and stir continuously adding little water until the masala is cooked.
Now add the pakode in the kadai. Add little water and keep the flame to low to allow to cook for some time.
Close the flame and garnish with coriander leaves and is ready to serve with Roti or Rice.
