Ingredients: 
All purpose flour 1cup
Clarified Butter as per requirement
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder -1/4 teaspoon
Pepper Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Directions: 
Mix all purpose flour,clarified butter and salt and knead a soft dough using water.
Cover and give rest for 10 minutes.
Again knead the dough very well and roll out very thin roti applying some flour.
Apply some clarify butter on roti, sprinkle maida all over the roti and,lightly roll the roti and cut into small pieces.
Then again roll the pieces one by one very softly just like a small puri. heat the ghee & deep fry the pakwan golden brown pouring ghee over it .
Drain on an absorbent paper and sprinkle red chilli powder, pepper powder & black salt. Pakwans are ready to serve.

Pakwan can be used as a tea time snack.
