Paneer Khoya Bhurji (cottage Cheese And Khoya Stir Fry)

A quick recipe loaded with richness. A sinful protein packed marriage of Paneer and khoya with some flavorful spices.
It was an experiment in the kitchen which turned out to be our most loved paneer recipe!

Ingredients: 
Paneer (Cottage cheese) – 150 grams
Khoya (Unsweetened condensed milk) – 50 grams
Green Peas – ½ cup
Green chilies – 3-4 chopped
Onion – 1 small chopped finely
Tomato – 1 small desseded and chopped finely
Turmeric Powder – ¼ teaspoon
Red chili powder – ¼ teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Fresh Coriander leaves – few chopped.
Kasuri Methi ( Dry Fenugreek leaves) – 1 teaspoon
Directions: 
Crumble or grate the paneer and khoya and keep separately.
Heat oil in a pan and first add chooped onions. Fry till translucent. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies and cook till soft.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and green pea and cook for a second. If you are using fresh peas you can put them directly while cooking. If you are using frozen peas then thaw them before adding.
Add crumbled paneer, khoya, coriander leaves, kasuri methi and salt to taste. Cook for a mintues and serve hot with Paratha.
