Pav Bhaji ( Bread Served With Vegetables)
Its a complete tasty recipe which can be served as breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is a must recipe for kids party.
Boiled Potato 1cup
Peas 1 tbsp
Mix grated vegetables (carrot, beans, cabbage, capsicum)
Chopped Onion 2tbsp
lemon juice l tbslp
Tomato puree 1cup
Garlic and Red chilli paste 2tsp
Butter and Oil as required
Pav bhaji masala 3 tbsp
Corriander for garnish
First boil the potato and mashed it. Then grate all the vegetable and squeeze the excess water and keep aside. Then make tomato puree and garlic and red chilly paste separately.
Now in kadai add butter and oil and fry chopped onion for 2-3 seconds. Then add the red chilli and garlic paste.
Add grated vegetable to it and fry till mixes properly. Then add tomato puree add mashed potato. Mix properly. Add salt , pav bhaji masala and mix and mash properly.
Add butter and lemon juice. Garnish with onion rings and coriander.
Serve with pav and add dallop of butter over bhaji.
