Pinky-Nutty yogurt drink (Rooh-afza lassi)
To beat this hot summer, lets have pinky-nutty lassi. Here is the recipe for it.
Curd 1 cup
Water 1/4 cup
Rooh afza 2 tablespoon
Sugar 2 tablespoon
Elachi powder 1/4 teaspoon
Dry fruits chopped
Ice cubes 2-3 cubes
Combine curd, water, sugar, rooh-afza, elachi powder and give a nice churn until frothy.
Take a tall glass, add ice cubes, pour the lassi, add the chopped dry fruits and serve.
