Prawns Dry Masala

Ingredients:
Medium size Prawns 30-40
Two medium Onions- chopped fine
1 Tea spoon crushed ginger garlic
1tea spoon Haldi
2 tea spoon home made dry Red Garam Massl
2 Tbsn Oil
Salt to taste
Directions:
Clean and devain the prawns and put 1/2 tspn haldi and 1tspn salt mix it well and keep aside for half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan or kadhai on medium flame. Add the chooped onion. When onion starts to change the color add crushed ginger garlic and saute for a minute.
Add haldi and home made dry red garam masala and fry until the mix stands to dry out. .
Menawhile washe the prawns and add in the mixture and mix it well. Put salt if required. Put a lead on pan and let the prawns cook for 5 mnts.
Take out the lead and fry them for mnts. Prawns dry masala is ready
