Ingredients: 
Moong Dal - 1 cup Condensed Milk - 1.5 cup Ghee - 1 cup Milk - 1 cup Cardamom - 5 ( Powder ) Pista - 12 chopped
Directions: 
Wash moong dal with water keep it for 2 hours in a bowl.. After 2 hours , grind it in mixer and take out in a bowl. put non stick pan on gas with high flame. Add Ghee 1/2 cup and grinded moong dal paste. Bring down gas to slow flame and keep stirring mixture for about 30 min till it form golden brown colour. Add milk and condensed milk with pinch of yellow food colour and mix properly. Add rest of the 1/2 ghee and cardamom powder. Mix it properly. Keep stirring for a while. When paste starts separating from pan then turn off gas . Take out paste in greased plate or mould. Pressed it with thickness of around 1.25 inch. Let it cool down for 30 minutes. Now cut the pieces in rectangular shape with help of knife. Moong Dal barfi is ready for mouth watering taste..! Make and enjoy in Rakhi Festival
