1 cup, Rice Flour
½ cup, Besan
1 tsp, Red Chili Powder
½ tsp or to taste, salt
1 ½ tbsp, ghee
1 tbsp, sesame seeds
Oil to deep fry
Take a large mixing bowl, add rice flour. Besan, red chili powder, salt, ghee and sesame seeds. Mix well.
Sprinkle some water little by little and mix it into a soft but firm dough. Cover it and sit it aside for 10-15 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadhai. Take a handful of the mixture and make a ball. Press and roll it like a thin chapatti with the help of a rolling pin.
Poke it with the help of a fork.
Now cut it into thin stripes and deep fry them until golden brown in colour.
Drain it on a paper towel.
Repeat this process for the remaining mixture and store ribbon pakodas in airtight container
