Ripe Mango Pulissery

It is an authentic traditional Mango pullissery and indeed an unavoidable part of our daily Cuisine or on special occasions.

Ingredients: 
Ripe Mango 3-4
Yogurt one cup (less sour is good)
Grated Coconut 1 cup
Green Chiles 1-2
Cumin seeds(Jeera) 1tsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Dry Redchilies 2
Fenugreek seeds few
Coconut oil 2 tablespoon
Curry leaves 2 springs
Directions: 
Firstly cook the mangoes without skin(make few cuts on it) with Turmeric powder and salt..You can either pressure cooks for the 3-4 whistle or cook directly for 15minutes.
Meanwhile grind the coconut, cumin seeds and green chilies together to a fine paste.
Once mangoes are cooked, add the grated paste into it and mix well. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
Now removed the pan from the heat and add beaten yogurt into it and mix well. Add salt if needed.Do not boil the curry again.
Finally, take a saucepan and add some coconut oil, once the oil is heated, add mustard seeds when mustard seeds start to crack add Fenugreek seeds, dry chilies, and curry leaves.Once chilies and curry leaves turn brown, Pour this into the curry and cover with lid. If you adding fenugreek powder, add at the end in the curry(small pinch). Delicious mango pullissery is ready now
