Ingredients: 
Chana Dal (Split Bengal Gram)-150grams
Yellow Mung Dal ( Split and polished yellow lentil) -150grams
Urad dal (polished black lentil)-Handfull
Soaked chhole ( Chick pea)-Handfull
Ginger paste-1tsp
Green chilli paste-1tsp
Garlic paste-1tsp
Garam masala-1tsp
Salt-to taste
Onion chopped-1cup
Tomato-1 chopped
Red chilli powder-1to1/2tsp
Dhaniya Jeera powder (Coriander and cumin)-1tsp
Haldi Powder (Turmeric)-1tsp
Kashmiri chilli Powder-2 tbsp
Hing ( Asafoetida)-1/2tsp
Jeera ( Cumin)-1tsp
Curry leaves-5 to10
Amchur powder( Dried Mango Powder)-1/2tsp to 1tsp
Oil-3 to 4Tabs for Tadka
PAKVAN:
Maida (All purpose flour)-500grams
Oil-3to4Tabs
Salt-to taste
Jeera ( Cumin)-1/2tsp
Oil for frying
khajoor aur imly (Dates and tamarind )chatni-to serve
Onions finely chopped-to serve
Directions: 
First In a pressure Cooker Boil all the dals and soaked chhole togethr along with the chopped Tomato,and add all dry Masala .
Give 3-4whistles. As the Cooker cools down open the lid.
Now Heat oil in a pan and add Jeera ,Hing, Curry leaves,kashmiri Dry chilli and let it splatter.
Now add Ginger, green chilli, garlic paste saute it.
Now add chopped onion and saute till became brown in colour.
Our Tadka ( Seasoning) is ready.
Pour this Tadka on our Dal Mixture and mix it well.
Switch on the gas and cook the dal mix for 5-10 minutes on simmer.
Our dal is ready Keep it closed with a lid.
PAKVAN:
Take Maida in a Bowl add salt, jeera and oil mix it throughly.
Add water to knead a stiff dough.
Let the dough rest for sometimes.
Now make thin puris out of this dough and prick it with fork.
let the puris dry for 15-20minutes.Then fry it in hot oil till golden in colour.
Serve Pakwan with hot dal, khajoor chutney and chopped onions.
