Cookies are everyone’s favorite and when it’s homemade we don’t bother how much it was on plate .Here is my recipe of savory, spicy, crispy and ghee melting cookies. These are perfect munchies for anytime tea .

Ingredients: 
Cornmeal 1 cup
All Purpose Flour 1/2 cup
Cow Ghee 1/2 cup semi solid
Sugar 3 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tbsp
Spices:
Chili Flakes 1/2 tbsp
Onion powder 1/2 tbsp
Parsley flakes 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper 1/4tbsp
Pinch of Cinnamon powder
Pinch or two of Salt
Few Cumin seeds
Directions: 
Take ghee (semi solid) in a bowl , add sugar to it and mix properly for 10 mins or 15 mins until a smooth creamy texture is achieved
In a another bowl mix all dry ingredients
Add half of dry mixture to creamed ghee and mix well
Add rest of mixture and fold properly again to form a nice smooth dough
Take a small quantity of dough and make a small ball of it
Take a baking tray and line with parchment paper , put balls of dough on it . Balls should be well separated. During baking they will flatten up hence need space
Put baking tray with balls in fridge for 1 hour
Pre heat oven for 300 degrees Fahrenheit and bake it for around 30 mins
Cookies balls become flat and once it’s golden brown in color, it’s time to take them out of oven
Cool down for 20 mins and carefully take out cookies from the sheet to plate
