Ingredients: 
2 Red chillies
small piece of tamarind
1 tablespoon chana dal
1 tablespoon urad dal
curry leaves
half cup grated coconut
half cup grated coconut
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
10 small onions
2 tomatoes
Bunch of thoothuvalai leaves
5 garlic cloves
one piece of ginger.
Directions: 
Step 1: Add 2 tablespoon of oil in pan and add chana dal, urad dal, coriander seeds and saute it for a minute.
Step 2: Add red chillies.
Step 3 : It's time to add small onions and saute for 2 mins.
Step 4: Add 2 tomatoes.
Step 5: Once added ingredients are cooked well add thoothuvalai leaves into it and saute it for 3mins
Step 6: Turn off the stove and add garlic , ginger, cumin seeds, pepper, tamarind.
Step 7: Allow it to cool for few mins.
Step 8: Add required amount of salt, coconut and curry leaves into it and grind to fine paste (add water if required).
