Quick Bread Upma

My recipe for KidsFavouriteRecipe contest.
My big boy loves bread dishes. I make this for him almost every sunday morning for breakfast. Inspired by maharastrian 'Phodnicha Pav' I prepare this bread upma with brown bread. It's easy to make and delicious.

Ingredients: 
Brown Bread Slices : 5
Onions- 1 big finely chopped
Green chilies - 1 slit
Mustard Seeds- 1/2 Tsp
Urad Dal - 1 Tsp
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Sugar - 1/2 Tsp
Boiled Peas- 1/4 cup
Water- as required
Tomatoes- 1 chopped (optional)
Coriander leaves - 3 Tbsp finely chopped
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Ginger grated - 1/2 tsp
Directions: 
In a non stick pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, urad dal, grated ginger, Turmeric and mix
Add chopped onions and saute till pink
Now add in salt, sugar, tomatoes and peas. Mix well. Cover and cook
Take the bread slices and chop them in medium sized cubes
Add the slices to the masala and mix well.
Cover and cook on low heat for 5 mins. If you think the bread is srying out, sprinkle a little water.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot

Tomatoes is optional and you may skip the, But if you skip tomatoes you may need to sprinkle some more water
