कद्दू की चटपटी सब्ज़ी | Khatta Mitha Kaddu recipe - Sweet And Sour Pumpkin Fry Recipe
1) PUMPKIN - 500 gm 2) RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 TSP 3) OIL -TO FRY 4) SALT - TO TASTE 5)CORIANDER POWDER -1TBSP 6) TURMERIC POWDER - 1/3 TSP 7) FENUGREEK SEEDS - 1/4 TSP 8) MUSTERED SEEDS - 1/2 TSP 9) DRY MANGO POWDER -1/4TSP 10) SUGAR - 2 TSP 11) CORIANDER
METHOD Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add oil. When oil is hot bring down gas to low flame and add mustered seeds, fenugreek seeds and pinch of asafeatida, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger green chilly paste and red chilly powder. Mix them well. Add 1/2 cup of water. Mix well and fry them for 1/2 minutes. Add chopped pumpkin pieces & salt. Mix well. Close lid and cook for 8 minutes at medium flame. Check after 8 minutes by pressing with spoon. If it is cooked then pieces will break easily. Smash pumpkin with light pressure so that it form thick gravy. Then add black salt, sugar, dry mango powder and mix them well. Turn off gas. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Transfer to serving plate . Granish with coriander leaves and enjoy very delicious taste with Roti / Puri / Paratha.
