Ingredients: 
INGREDIENTS BASMATI RICE -1 cup GREEN PEAS - 100 gm CASHEW NUT - 2 tbsp GHEE - 3 tbsp SALT - TO TASTE BAY LEAF - 1 CINNAMON STICK - 1 CARDAMOM SMALL - 2 CARDAMOM BIG -1
Directions: 
METHOD Wash rice in big bowl with fresh water. Remove water from it. Add 1.5 cup of water and keep it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, it should be soaked, remove water from it. Put a cooker on gas with high flame. Add ghee . When ghee is hot, add bay leaf, cinnamon stick , big and small cardamom. Fry for few seconds. Add cashew nuts. Fry till it become golden brown in colour. Add green peas and fry for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, add soaked rice. Add salt to taste. Mix well. Roast for 3 minutes with keep stirring in between. Add 1-1/4 cup of water and mix well. When it starts boiling, close lid of cooker. Cook it for 2 whistle. After 2 whistle, turn off gas. Let it cool down. Open after it is cooled down and pressure is released. Take out Pulao in serving bowl. Serve with Dal Fry / Punjabi Sabzi  / Curry and enjoy delicious taste.
