कुरकुरे आलू सूजी फिंगर्स | Crispy Potato Fingers | Potato Suji Fingers Recipe

Ingredients: 
Ingredients 1) SEMOLINA - 1/2 CUP 2) POTATO - 3 BOILED 3)CORIANDER LEAVES - 1/2 CUP (FINELY CHOPPED) 4) SALT TO TASTE 5) GREEN CHILLY -4 6)OIL FOR FRY Method
Directions: 
Method Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add 1/2 cup of water. When water starts boiling, add semolina and mix well so that no lumps are formed. Bring down gas to low. When suji dough is forming, turn off gas. Let it to cool down. Take a big bowl and smash potato into it. Add chopped coriander leaves, green chilly paste , salt and dough of semolina. Mix them well. Mixture is ready. Take small lump in hand and roll it to give round oval shape of finger of around 4 inch size. Prepare all fingers in same way. Put a kadhai on gas with high flame and add oil. When oil is hot, bring down gas to low flame. Add 3-4 potato fingers for fry. Fry them till they become golden brown in colors from all sides. Take them out in bowl. Fry rest of fingers in same way. Serve with tomato sauce and green chutney. Enjoy delicious crispy taste ..!!
