Ingredients: 
INGREDIENTS 1)  CAULI  FLOWER - 500 gm 2) WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR - 2 CUP 3) OIL - FOR FRY 4) SALT - TO TASTE 5) GREEN CHILLY - 4 6) GINGER - SMALL 7) GARAM MASALA - 1 TSP 8) CORIANDER POWDER - 1 TSP 9) TURMERIC POWDER - 1/3 TSP 10) CORIANDER LEAVES - 1/2 CUP 
Directions: 
METHOD Cut Cauli flower into pieces and make florist. Take 2.5 cup of water in a pan. Put it on gas with high flame and add florist into it. Half close lid on it and cook let it boil. Take wheat flour in big bowl. Add salt, 1.5 tbsp oil and mix well. Keep adding little water and kneed to form smooth dough. Use 1 cup of water to make dough. Close dough and keep it for 10 minutes to set. Check cauliflower and they are boiled properly and crunchy then turn off gas. Take out in a plate and let them cool down. When they are cooled, grate them with grater . Take small lumps into hand and squeeze to remove water from it. Remove all water from boiled - grated florist. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger- green chilly paste, garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix them well. Here not used red chilly powder. Stuffing is ready now. Add 1 tsp of oil into dough and kneed well to make it smooth. Make 6 equal parts from it. Make peda shape from them by pressing with hand. Take one peda dusted with wheat flour. Roll it on working board with help of rolling pin to make big roti shape. Make 6 equal part of stuffing and take one part from it and put it in center of roti. Lift roti from edge and fold at center by pressing it. Cut top part from it. Press it with hand. Dust with wheat flour and roll it again to make paratha. Put tawa over gas with high flame. When it is hot, put paratha over it. Fry it till it become golden brown in colour. Keep checking and flipping from both side. Add little oil on both side and press little with flat spoon. When it is fried and cruchy with golden brown spots, it is ready. Take it out and put over plate with holes, so that it dont become soggy. Fry rest of parathas in same way. Serve Gobi Paratha in a plate with Pickle / Curd / Raita / Green Chutney / Tomato sauce and enjoy delicious taste.
