Ingredients: 
Ingredients 1)  POTATO - 10 Boiled 2) KASURI METHI - 1 TSP 3) KASHMIRI RED CHILLY WHOLE - 5-6 4) GINGER - SMALL 5) CORIANDER LEAVES - 1/4 TSP 6) SALT - TO TASTE 7) OIL- 2 TBSP 8) GARLIC - 5-6
Directions: 
METHOD Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add Jeera and coriander seeds. Roast them for 2 minutes. Turn off gas. Transfer to a plate and let them to cool down. After that coarsely grind in mixer. Put  same pan on gas with high flame and add ghee . When ghee is hot , bring down gas to low flame. Add jeera, asafeatida, red chilly powder, jeera and coriander seed powder. Mix well. Add boiled potato. Mix well. Add salt to taste and mix well. Add chat masala and dry mango powder. Mix well. Turn off gas. Transfer sabzi to serving bowl . Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with Roti / Paratha / Puri and enjoy delicious taste.
