झटपट पोहा बनायें | Poha Recipe-How to make Kanda Poha - Savory Flattened Rice
INGREDIENTS 1) POHA - 250 gm 2) CORIANDER LEAVES - 1/4 CUP Chopped 3) SCHEZWAN SAUCE - 1 TBSP 4) JEERA -1 TSP 5) MUSTERED SEEDS -1 TSP 6) CORIANDER LEAVES STEM - 1 TBSP 7) SALT - TO TASTE 8) OIL - 1/4 CUP 9) ONION - 1 Chopped 10) CABBAGE -1/4 CUP Chopped
METHOD Add water in poha bowl upto level till poha is dipped into it. Filter it immediately through sieve. Let poha in sieve so that excess water is removed. Put a pan on gas with high flame and add 1/4 cup oil. When oil is hot, add jeera, mustered seeds, asafeatida and onion. Mix well and fry for 2 minutes by closing lid over it. Check after 2 minutes and if onion is transparent then add cabbage and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Check after 2 minutes and sabzi is cooked then add schezwan sauce and mix well. Add salt to taste as per need for sabzi only. Add Poha and salt to taste . Mix well Turn off gas and transfer it to serving plate.. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Enjoy delicious taste.
