Ingredients: 
Ingredients 1)  BESAN - 1 CUP 2) SPINACH - 1 CUP 3) SEMOLINA -1/2 CUP 4)CURD -1/2 CUP 5) SALT TO TASTE 6) RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 TSP 7) TURMERIC POWDER - 1/4 TSP 8) GINER - SMALL 9) GREEN CHILLY - 2 10) MUSTERED SEEDS - 1 TBSP 11) SEASAME SEEDS - 2 TBSP 1
Directions: 
Take a big bowl . Add besan, semolina, ginger-green chilly paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste, chopped spinach and curd. Mix well. Keep addling little water and mix to make sooth batter. Keep thick consistency. Put tadka pan on gas with high flame and add 1/4 cup of oil. When oil is hot, bring down gas flame to low. Add mustered seed, seasame seed, curry leaves and urad dal. Fry till urad dal becomes golden brown in colour. Add pinch of asafeatida and mix well. Turn off gas. Add tadaka into batter and mix well. Put same pan on gas with high flame and add 2 tbsp of oil. Add baking soda into batter and mix well. Add half quantity of batter immediately into pan and spread it evenly with flat spoon. Close lid and cook for 5-7 minutes. Check after 5 minutes and flip to other side. Add 2 tbsp of oil and fry for 5-7 minutes by closing lid. Check after 5 minutes and it it is fried with golden brown in colour from both sides then take it out in serving plate. Fry another dhokla in same way. Cut it into pieces and enjoy delicious taste with tomato sauce and green chutney.
