Ingredients: 
INGREDIENTS 1) POTATO - 5 Boiled 2) GREEN PEAS - 150 gm 3) CORIANDER LEAVES - 1/4 cup 4) TOMATO - 2 5) GREEN CHILLY -1 6) GINGER - Small 7) SALT - To taste 8) KASHMIRI RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 tbsp 9) TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 tsp 10) CORIANDER POWDER - 1 tbsp
Directions: 
Put a pan on gas with high flame add oil and chopped tomatoes , green chilli, ginger,mix it well.Fry [properly for 3 to 4 minutes. Fry it at medium gas flame. Turn off gas. Add them in mixer and grind them to make smooth paste. As tomatoes are hot be careful while grind. Tomato paste is ready. Put same pan on gas if you wish you can use another pan also add oil and turn gas on high flame when oil is hot bring down gas flame to low add jeera ,asafeatidaand dry red chillies, turmeric powder, red chillypowder, coriander powder, qusoori methi, tomato paste and mix well. Add half cup of water in mixi jar and resudial paste mix well . Keep gas flame medium and closethe lid. Cook till oilstart separating from gravy. Check after 4 to 5 minutes. Oil has start seaprate from gravy add cut pieces of boiled potatoes , add green peace salt to tastr , black salt, garam masala, 1 - cup of water and mix well. Close the lid and cook till it start boiling. Checkafter 5 minutes.Subji is boiling and turn off gas add chopped coriander leaves mix well and transfer to serving bowl... You can serve with roti, paratha, naan, rice , puri, pulav etc..........
