Ingredients: 
ingredients 1) CORN FLOUR - 1 cup 2) CORIANDER LEVES - 2 tbsp 3) SALT - To taste 4) GREEN CHILLY - 2 5) TURMERICE POWDER - 1/4 tsp 6) GINGER - Small 7) MILK - 1 Cup
Directions: 
Method Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add milk and boil it. When it starts boiling , add 1 cup of water and salt to taste. Mix well. Add 2 tbsp of oil . Bring down gas flame to low. Keep adding little corn flour and stir it so that no lumps are formed. Add turmeric powder, green chilly - ginger paste. Mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Prepare soft lumpy dough. When it start separating from pan, turn off gas. Take a plate and grease with oil. Transfer corn dough into greased plate and spread it with flat spoon. Put it in freezer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, take it out from freezer. Cut them into desired shaped pieces with help of knife or mould of kulfi. Put a non stick pan on gas with high flame . Add 1 tbsp oil over it. Put maximum possible cakes on it. Bring down gas flame to low. Fry till they become golden brown from both side. Keep flipping in between. When they are fried, take them out in serving plate and fry rest of cakes in same. Serve with schezwan sauce, green chutney and enjoy very delicious crispy taste.
