METHOD Put a kadhai on gas with high flame and add 1 cups of water. Add spinach into it and boil . When it is dark in colour it is blanched. Turn off gas. Remove water and let it cool down. Then add into mixer jar and grind to make paste. Take big bowl and add smashed potato, red chilly powder, wheat flour, turmeric powder, ajawain, salt to taste , 2 tbsp of oil and spinach paste. Mix them well. Kneed to form smooth dough. Here no need to water as there is water content in spinach and boiled potato. When dough is ready , add 1 tsp of oil and kneed for 2-3 minutes to make smooth dough. Make 12 equal parts and make peda shape. Take one peda and dust with wheat flour. Roll it to with rolling pin and make paratha. Put tawa on gas with high flame. When tawa is hot put paratha over and fry. When top layer is changing colour then flip it and fry to other side. Flip it again when brown spots are formed. Add little oil over it and press lightly . Flip it to other side and add little oil . Press lightly with flat spoon and fry till it become golden brown in colour. Transfer to serving plate. Fry rest of parathas in same way. Serve with Picck;e / Raita / Curd / Tea and enjoy delicious taste
