पावभाजी पराठे बनाने की सरल विधी / Leftover Pav Bhaji Recipe / Mix Veg.paratha Recipe /

Pav Bhaji Paratha is a delicious paratha that can be made whenever you want instantly even without leftover pav bhaji or with leftover Pav bhaji both style .
This is an easy paratha and does not involve any elaborate prep work and also best way to any leftover bhaji. Pav Bhaji Parathas are tasty on their own; however you can serve it with butter or green chutney or tomato sauce/ketchup.

Ingredients: 
pavbhaji Masala– 1 cup Wheat flour – 1 cup Coriander leaves a handful (optional) Lemon juice – ½ a lemon (optional) Oil/ghee for roasting parathas as needed
Directions: 
Take pav bhaji masala, wheat flour, finely chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice in a wide bowl. Knead into soft dough. Divide the dough into equal lemon sized balls and roll out into parathas. Heat a tava; when hot, gently place the rolled paratha on the tava and roast until nice golden brown spots appear on both sides. Drizzle some oil/ghee over and around the paratha edges. Once done, remove the parathas from the tava. Repeat the same procedure for the rest of the dough. Serve hot.
