Ingredients: 
INGREDIENTS BRINJAL - 1 BIG BESAN - 2 TBSP CORN FLOUR - 1/2 TBSP GREEN CHILLY - 2 GARLIC -6-7 GINGER - SMALL RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 TSP SALT - TO TASTE BLACK SALT - 1/4 TSP GARAM MASALA - 1/2 TSP PINCH OF ASAFEATIDA OIL FOR FRY
Directions: 
METHOD Take a bowl and add besan, turmeric powder, corn flour, black salt, red chilly powder, salt to taste, garam masla, ginger-chilly paste , pinch of asafeatida. Mix them properly. Masala is ready. Take Brinjal and cut top skin part. Cut it into medium thickness in round shape. Dip chips into masala and coat properly. Prepare all chips. Put a non stick pan on gas with high flame and add 2 tbsp of oil. When oil is hot, bring down gas to medium flame. Add brinjal chips and fry them for 2 minutes. Turn them to other side . Add little oil and fry till become golden brown in color. Take them out in serving plate. Fry rest of chips in same way. Serve with Roti / Paratha and enjoy delicious taste.
