Ingredients 1)BREAD SLICE - 8 2) GREEN PEAS - 1/4 cup boiled 3) GREEN CHILLY - 1 4) POTATO - 2 Boiled 5) SALT - To taste 6) TURMERIC POWDER - 1/4 tsp 7) RED CHILLY POWDER - 1/4 tsp 8) GARAM MASALA - 1/4 TSP 9) CHAAT MASALA - 1/2 tsp 10) CORIANDER POWDER
METHOD Take a big bowl .Smash potatoes into bowl and add boiled green peas , garam masala , turmeric powder,chat masala , red chilly powder, salt to taste ,coriander leaves , coriander powder and ginger garlic paste. For preparing tadka, put a tadka pan on gas with high flame. Add oil in it. When oil is hot, add jeera. When jeera crackle turn off the gas and add tadka into stuffing mixture. Mix them well. Now stuffing is ready. Take a bread slice on working board. Cut round shape with help of any round bowl edge by pressing over it. Prepare all slices in same way. Take little water in a bowl and dip one slice in it. Press it with hand to remove excess water and put it on a plate.Take another slice and dip in water and remove excess water by pressing in hand. Put stuffing over one bread slice and put another wet slice over it. Press the edges so that both sticks to each other. Kachori is prepared. Prepare rest of kachories in same way. Put a wok on gas with high flame and add oil. When oil is hot, bring down gas to low flame. add Kachori for fry. Keep flipping till it become golden brown in color from both side. Take it out in serving plate. Fry rest of Kachories in same way. We can prepare 6 kachories with these ingredients. Serve Kachori with Green chutney and tomato sauce and enjoy crispy delicious taste.
