Ingredients: 
Ingredients 1)  BESAN - 3/4 CUP 2) CORN -1 3) CORIANDER LEAVES -1/4 CUP 4) CURD - 3 TBSP 5) RICE FLOUR - 1/4 CUP 6) RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 TSP 7) TURMERIC POWDER - 1/4 TSP 8) SALT - TO TASTE 9) OIL - TO FRY 10) GREEN CHILLY - 1 11) GINGER - SMALL 12) PINC
Directions: 
METHOD Take a big bowl. Add besan, rice flour, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste, ginger-chilly paste, chopped coriander leaves, curd and corn paste. Mix them well. Add 1 cup of water and prepare smooth batter. Keep pouring consistency of batter. Add baking soda and mix well. Put a non sticy tawa on gas with high flame. When tawa is hot, bring down gas to low flame. Add 1 tsp of oil . Add batter on tawa with help of spoon and spread evenly. When cheela changes color then turn it to other side . Add little oil at edge and fry well  till it become golden brown in colour. Take it out in serving plate. Fry rest of cheelas in same way. Serve Corn cheela with tomato sauce / schezwan sauce / green chutney and enjoy delicious taste.
