How to make Milk Cake at home with only 4 ingredients. Very easy and delicious sweet for every festivals.

1) Milk - 2 ltr ( Full fat ) 2) Sugar - 3/4 cup + 2 tsp 3) Lemon - 1 small 4) Ghee - 1 tbsp
Take two pan or kadhai and add 1 liter Milk in each pan. Put them on gas with high flame. When milk starts boiling, bring down gas to medium flame. Keep stirring continuously both pans. Cook milk till it becomes 1/3 of original volume. Take both milk in a single pan.Bring down gas to low flame. Make lemon juice in a bowl and add 3-4 tbsp water. Add diluted lemon juice into milk. Let it be as it is for 30 seconds - Dont stir. Then stir milk. Add sugar after 2-3 minutes. Then add sugar and mix it well. Keep stirring mixture till it form thick grainy consistency which can be freezed. When mixture starts separating from pan, turn off gas. Transfer mixture into greased mould and tap lightly. Cover the bowl with lid and let it be cool down for 24 hours. After 24 hours, remove the lid and separate out milk cake from mould by running knife at borders.Put milk cake mould on gas with very slow flame for 1 minute so that it can come out from mould easily. Take out milk cake from mould by flipping mould vertically on a plate. Cut down rectangular shape pieces with use of knife
