Very Easy

1) PAV - 3 2) POTATO - 2 boiled 3) SALT - To taste 4)Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp 5) Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp 6) Mustered seed -1/4 tsp 7) Curry leaves - 5 finely chopped 8) Lemon juice - 1/4 tsp 9) Green chilly - 1 10) Ginger - 1 Small 11) Garam masala -
METHOD Put a pan on gas with medium flame and add dry red chilly .Make them crispy so than can be grinded properly. Roast for 2 minutes . After roasting take out into a plate. Now add 1 tbsp oil in same pan. Add mustered seeds and pinch of asafoetida and add ginger , chilly paste. Add turmeric powder, red chilly , curry leaves and smashed potato. Mix them slow. keep gas low. Add salt to taste and garam masala mix well. Turn off the gas now. Add lemon juice  and coriander leaves mix well. aloo vada mixer is ready now. Transfer it into plate or bowl.  Take a mixi jar add garlic, roasted dry red chilly, coconut powder, kashmiri red chilly powder , saltto taste and grind them in mixer. Chutney is ready . Take it out in a bowl.  FOR BATTER Take besan in a big bowl add pinch of turmeric powder , kashmiri red chilly powder, salt to taste mix them well add little water mix them well. And sure no lums are left over in batter prepare batter with medium consistancy. Add baking soda in batter mix it well.  Take small amount of mixer in hand and roll it to make big lemon size ball . Deep it in batter keep pan on gas with high flame and add oil. When oil is hot add deep vada for fry . Keep fliping ang fry them properly from all sides. When they are frying with soft crispy layer take them out in a plate. Fry rest of vada in same way.  Chutney, vada and pav are ready Put cut in pav to half way apply chutney in pav .  Put one vada between pav. vada pav is ready to eat......
