Palak Paneer it very popular punjabi dish and favorite among all age of people...and very easy to make at home with delicious taste just like restaurant. It is rich in healthy spinach gravy with paneer cubes.Palak Paneer Recipe-How to Make Easy Palak Paneer

1) SPINACH - 250 gm 2) TOMATO - 1 3) ONION -1 4) WATERMELON SEED - 1 tbsp 5) GREEN CHILLY -4 6) PANEER - 200 gm 7) GINGER -1 small 8) GARLIC - 8 TO 10 9) TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 tsp 10) KASHIMIR RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 tsp 11) GARAM MASALA - 1/2 tsp 12) SALT 
Put a pan on gas with high flame and 2 cups of water and let it to boil. Then add spinach and let it to boil by putting lid over it. After 2-3 minutes check and if they are blanched properly - changed the colour then turn of gas. Put a sieve on a pan and filter boiled spinach through it. Pour cold water over it immediately so that spinach starts cooking furhter. Then let it cool down to room temperature and then grind it mixer to form gravy. Put a pan on gas and add 1 tbsp oil . When oil is hot add chopeed tomato, onion, green chilly, garlic and ginger and roast them for 2 minutes. Take out in a plate and let them cool down. After that grind them in a mixer and form paste. Put a pan on gas and add 1/4 cup of oil. When oil is hot add jeera and pinch of hing. Add tomato gravy and cook for 2 minutes. Add watermelon seed paste. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, kashmiri red chilly powder, black salt and salt to taste and mix them well and cook for 2 minutes. Add spinach gravy and mix them well and cook for 2-3 minutes. When gravy is thick and oil starts separating then add paneer cubes. Mix them well and cook for 1/2 minutes. Turn off gas now. Palak paneer is ready . Transfer to serving bowl and enjoy delicious taste with Naan / Butter roti  / Paratha.
