Directions: 
METHOD Take a big bowl and add semolina (Suji ) . Add chopped cabbage, grated carrot, ginger - chilly paste, green peas, coriander leaves, curd and salt to taste. Add 1-3/4 cup of water and mix them well to prepare batter. Close lid and keep to set for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes check the batter. Suji might be set . Put a pan on gas with low flame. Add 2 tbsp of oil. Till oil becomes hot, add baking soda in batter and mix well so that it will be puffed little. When oil is hot, add mustered seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves and asafeatida. Mix them well. Add batter. Add 2 tbsp of oil. Close lid and cook for 10 minutes at low flame. Check after 10 minutes with flat spoon by lifting from edge. Flip it to another plate and transfer. Again flip it and transfer to pan so that we can cook for another side. Put pan on gas with low flame and cook for 10 minutes. Check after 10 minutes.
