Ingredients: 
1)  LOBIY BEANS - 1/2 CUP 2) GREEN CHILLY - 2 3) GINGER - SMALL 4) GARLIC- 4-5 6) CORIANDER LEAVES -1/4 CUP CHOPPED 7) SEMOLINA - 1/2 CUP 8) RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 TSP 9) TURMERIC POWDER - 1/4 TSP 10) SALT - TO TASTE 11) CURD - 1/2 CUP 12) OIL - TO FRY 13)
Directions: 
Method Soak Lobiya seeds for 7-8 hours in water. Remove water from it and take in mixer jar. Add 2 green chilly, ginger and garlic. Add 2 tsbp of water and grind them in mixer to make paste. Take out paste in big bowl. Add semolina , chopped coriander, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt to taste, pinch of asafeatida and curd, Mix them well. Add little -less than 3/4 cup water and prepare batter with pouring consistency. Keep it for 15 minutes by closing lid. After 15 minutes, semolina gets set. Put tawa on gas with high flame. When tawa is hot, bring down gas to low flame. Add baking soda in batter and mix well. Take batter with serving spoon and spread it over hot tawa. You can make size of your choice. Add 1 tsp of oil at edge of chilla. When colour is changed then flip it other side. Add 1 tsp of oil at edge. Fry till it become golden brown in colour. Take it out in serving plate. Fry rest of chillas in same way. Serve with tomato sauce and green chutney and enjoy delicious taste
