Hari Mirch Ka Achar or Green Chilli Pickle Recipe goes very well with Indian meals. Here is my mother’s recipe to make this pickle.Green Chilli Pickle Recipe is made using fresh, green chillies, mustard seeds, mustard oil and salt. In order to make it slightly tangy and colourful, lemon juice or Venager and turmeric powder are added to it respectively.

1 C green chillies , cut into 1” pieces 1 tbsp fennel seeds (saunf) 2 tsp fenugreek (methi) seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) 1 tbsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson) 1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi) 1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing) 1/4 cup mustard (rai / sarson) oil 1 1
Combine the fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and mustard seeds in a small broad non-stick pan and dry roast on a medium flame for 1 minute.
