Ingredients: 
INGREDIENTS 1) POTATO - 2  BOILED 2) BESAN - 1 CUP 3) BLACK PEPPER POWDER - 1/2 TSP 4) RED CHILLY POWDER - 1/2 TSP 5) SALT TO TASTE 6) TURMERIC POWDER - 1/4 TSP 7) OIL - 1 TBSP 8) BLACK SALT - 1/4 TSP
Directions: 
METHOD Take a bowl and smash boiled potatoes with help of grater. Ensure no lumps are left over. Add besan, red chilly powder, black salt, turmeric powder, salt to taste . Mix them well. Prepare dough with help of moisture of potatoes. Keep it soft like roti dough. Add 1/2 tsp of oil and kneed properly to make it soft. Prepare oval shape roll . Take sev making machine. Take thin mesh of machine and apply oil over it. Insert dough roll into it. Close cover with applying oil at bottom of pushing guide. Close it properly by turning cover. Put a pan on gas with high flame and add oil. When oil becomes hot, hold machine over it and turn handle clockwise so that sev will start flowing from bottom. Turn machine in round so that sev not gets overlapped . Fry sev from both side till it become crispy and light golden brown in color. Take out sev when it is fried. Fry rest of sev in same manner. When all fried, break them by crushing with hand so that small pieces of sev will be made. Store it in air tight container . Second method Hold grater over hot oil. Take lump of dough and rub over grater so that sev will start falling from holes. Keep rubbing so that desired sev will be added in oil. It will not be formed in round shape but will be made in small pieces. Fry them till become cripsy and light golden brown in color. Enjoy delicious taste in breakfast.
