Aam Ka Panna (raw Mango Squash)

A refreshing beverage to beat the heat.

Raw mango - 2 mid size
Black salt - to taste
Cumin seeds powder - 1/4 tablespoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tablespoo
Water- 4-5 cups
Peel off the mango, wash them and boil them into 4-5 cup of water.
Keep them aside to cool off.
Mash the pulp and remove the seed.
Now add salt , cumin and pepper powder and mix them well.
keep it in the refrigerator for cooling for 2 hrs. after this ,your cooling drink is ready to be served.
if you want you can grate or cut the mango before boiling also.
