Achari Aloo Lobia (beans With Potato In Pickle Style)

Beans - 500 g
Potato - 4 to 5 mid size
Salt - to taste
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tablespoon
Cumin Seed- 1/2 tablespoon
Mango powder - 1 tablespoon
Garam masala - 1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Oil - 3 table spoon
Cut the beans and potatoes into small pieces.
Take a pan , heat oil in it , now add cumin seeds and wait till it gets brown.
Add beans and potatoes and cook on low heat.
wait till it gets half done , then add salt , turmeric powder , red chili powder . mix them well .
After the vegetables are done,add garam masala and mango powder and mix it well . cover it for 1 to 2 mins .
Serve with chappatis.
Add mango powder after the dish is cooked adding it before may spoil the dish.
