Afghani Tangri Kabab ( Chicken Drumstick Kabab)
It is a famous street food of India, very much popular in Lucknow Delhi and Hyderabad.
Chicken legs (drumsticks) 4
Kashmiri Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Ginger paste 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Thick curd hung for 10 minutes
Egg 1 beaten
Chatu (Roasted gram flour)3 tbsp
Chaat masala 1tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Marinate chicken with salt, curd, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder for over night.
Mix egg, coriander and chatu and coat the chicken. Keep in refrigerate for 3 hours so that the coating become firm.
Heat a tandoor pan or microwave oven on 180 degrees. Brush oil on chicken legs and cook for 10 minutes.
Turn the chicken on the other side and brush oil again. Grill for 10 mintues more.
Serve with melted butter (optional), chaat masala and lemon juice.
