Aloo Aur Sev Ki Sabzi (potato & Gram Flour Snack Curry)
A typical Rajasthani loves to relish namkeen or sev as side-dish with meals, while in most parts of the country, people have it as a snack. Previously I shared a unique paratha made with namkeen, but recently I was amazed to hear that people use namkeen/ sev to make sabzi in Rajasthan. In the last weekend, before preparing dinner, I realized that the only vegetable left with me was potato and we already had potato sabzi the other day. So my sister-in-law suggested me to prepare namkeen/sev ki sabzi with aloo. So today, I will be sharing this extremely delicious and spicy sabzi that can be partnered well with any roti/ paratha.
