It is a Bengali street food recipe that uses aloo, potato as the main ingredient. Aloo ( potato) is all time favourite vegetable of Bengalis and is easily available.

Boiled Aloo ( potato) - 4 pieces
Cucumber - 1 piece
Tomato - 1 piece
Green chilli - 2 pieces
Green coriander leaves - 1/4 cup ( chopped)
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Roasted red chilli powder - 1/4 tablespoon
Rock salt - 1/4 tablespoon
Lemon juice -. 1 tablespoon
Cut the boiled potatoes in small size.
Chop all the vegetables in small pieces and keep aside
Take a large bowl and add boiled potatoes, chopped cucumber, tomatoes, green chilli, coriander leaves, cumin powder, chilli powder, rock salt and lemon juice and mix well
Serve immediately
Add tamarind water instead of lemon juice for better taste
