Aloo Matar Ki Sabji(potato With Green Peas)
Aloo Matar is a tiffin dish prepared with potatoes and peas. It goes well not only with roti, paratha, naan, etc.
Boiled potato - 4 mid size (peeled off and diced)
Peas - 1 cup
Chopped garlic - 1/2 tablespoon
Green chili - 4 chopped
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tablespoon
Red chili powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1/2 tablespoon
Take a deep pan ,add oil to it. As oil get heat up, add cumin seeds and garlic ,wait till it gets golden.
Then add the peas and chili and sauté it till the peas gets little fry.
Add potato , chili powder ,and salt and mix it well.
Cook for five minutes and your dish is ready to be served.
