Aloo Posto (potato With Poppy Seeds)

Ingredients: 
Potato-500gm
Salt to Taste
Turmeric powder -1/4 tablespoon
Tomato puree- 1 tablespoon
Green Chilli Paste- 1 tablespoon
Poppy seed paste- 1 tablespoon
Onion seed- 1/4 tablespoon
Oil- 1/2 tablespoon
Sugar-1 pinch
Directions: 
Take a pan and pour some oil into it. make the oil warm and add the chopped potatoes into it along with onion seeds.
Put salt and turmeric and cover it with a lid so that the potatoes gets soften.
Add the poppy seeds, tomato puree and chilli paste and mix it well .
Cook the dish for 2-3 minutes and dish will be ready to be served.
Footnotes: 
Serve hot with rice and lentil.
